Where do I find the documents regarding the orders (DDT - Invoices)?

The DDT of the ordered goods will be sent by email as soon as your order will be ready to be shipped / collected. Also a paper copy will be inserted inside the package and the pdf document will be downloadable in your Account / Documents section. Invoices instead will be issued by the 5th of each month for the previous month and will be visible for Italian customers in their tax drawer and a pdf document will be available inside the Account; for foreign customers instead will be sent a courtesy copy of the invoice inside their Account.
